Resserrer les liens de camaraderie et de solidarité entre les officiers de réserve, les officiers honoraires, les cadres d'active et de réserve. A ce titre l'association pourra organiser diverses activités de cohésion à caractère culturel, sportif, familial ou ludique. Développer le lien Armée-Nation, défendre les valeurs de la République, et encourager la participation aux manifestations patriotiques .. Promouvoir l'esprit de défense et les valeurs qui s'y rattachent, en particulier à l'égard de la jeunesse. Défendre et d'améliorer, dans la mesure de ses possibilités, les intérêts moraux et matériels de ses membres, par toutes actions qui lui paraîtront adaptées.
